How to make
Crumble the biscuits and mix them with the cinnamon and melted butter.
Distribute the mixture along the walls and bottom of a form to create a layer.
Put it in the fridge for 30 min. Beat the cream cheese, add the sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour cream.
Cover the layer with the resulting cream. Bake for 45 min at 330°F (165 °C).
Cool the cake in the fridge and decorate with whipped cream and liquid chocolate.
