"Everyone deserves to sweeten their life with a healthy bounty, especially when its homemade"

Ingredients

  • coconut shavings - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • coconut cream - 7 oz (200 g), the thick part, which is separated on top in canned coconut milk
  • coconut oil - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • honey - 2 oz (55 g)
  • water - 2 tbsp.
  • dark chocolate - 12 oz (350 g) melted*
measures

How to make

*You can mix 4 oz (115 g) of cocoa butter, cocoa and coconut sugar to make homemade chocolate.

Blend all of the ingredients, without the chocolate, until you get a thick and slightly sticky mixture.

Shape it into the desired shape with your hands or use silicone muffin tins because it's easier (pour some of the coconut mixture, press it down tightly and put it in the freezer), or you can press down the whole mixture into a baking tray and then just cut it.

Put the coconut bounty in the freezer for 20-30 minutes and in the meantime melt the chocolate.

Take out the coconut mixture once it has set and dip each circle in the melted chocolate and place them onto baking paper.

Decorate them as desired with a little coconut shavings and put the healthy bounty in the fridge for 15-20 minutes, in order for the chocolate to harden.
