How to make

Mix the sparkling mineral water and the oil in a small pot.

Put it on the stove and bring it to a boil and then remove it from the heat.

Leave it aside to cool and during this time you can prepare the syrup.

In a saucepan, mix the sugar, water and lime slices, place it on the stove and when the mixture boils, reduce the heat so that it boils slowly.

When it is ready, remove it from the heat and leave it to cool.

All of the products for the filling are mixed in a suitable container.

Take out the baklava sheets, separate a sheet and 1.5″ (4 cm) from it's edge, pace the rolling pin.

Roll out the end and with the help of a brush, spread the whole sheet with the cooled mixture of oil and carbonated water.

Distribute about 2-3 tablespoons of the filling along the length, then roll it out with a rolling pin.

To shape it like an accordion, both ends are pushed towards the middle of the rolling pin.

Put it in the tray with the help of the rolling pin and only then take it out.

Before rolling up, grease the rolling pin with butter.

Shape the other baklava sheets in the same way.

Arrange the resulting rolls and cut them into pieces with a sharp knife.

Spread the baklava with the melted butter on top and then place it in the oven to bake until the desired color is aquired.

While it's still warm, pour the syrup over it.

Leave the baklava with chocolate and walnuts for 1 night before consuming it.
