measures

How to make

Prepare the turkey meat.

Using a sharp knife, cut it into small pieces. Season it with salt and set it aside.

Clean and wash the vegetables. The onions and carrots are cut into small pieces.

Heat the butter and olive oil in a pot. Add the prepared vegetables and stew them for about 5 minutes. Stir frequently, so that they do not burn.

Add the turkey meat and the finely chopped half a small head of celery. Stir again for a minute or two.

It is time to add the wine and water (in a ratio of 1:2).

Leave the turkey soup to boil for about half an hour. Then season it with as much salt and black pepper as you like. Once the meat is well cooked, add the cooking cream. Stir and give it another 5 minutes and then liquidize it.

Serve the French turkey soup with a sprig of fresh thyme.
