How to make
Semolina dumplings:
Boil the milk with butter and seasoned with salt, remove it from the heat and add the semolina. Leave it to swell up. Allow it to cool slightly. Add 2 eggs and nutmeg and stir. Allow it to cool completely. Then form small dumplings.
Turkey soup preparation:
Boil the turkey meat with 12 cups (3 liters) of water in pressure cookers with half an onion, black pepper and bay leaf for 25 minutes.
The other option is vegetable broth (3 liters) and cooked turkey meat left over from the festive dish.
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the tomatoes, remove the skin and cut them into cubes (or use canned tomatoes).
Wash and clean the vegetables, peel and cut them into smaller pieces, suitable for a soup. Peel and finely chop the potatoes.
Heat the oil and butter in a large pot and fry the onion and garlic in it, then add the tomato puree and fry it briefly.
Then add the tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the turkey broth.
Add the vegetables (carrots, potatoes, celery and peas). Boil the turkey soup for 15 minutes on low heat! Add the hot paprika!
After 15 minutes, add the dumplings and boil it for another 5 minutes.
Add the parsley.
Serve the turkey soup!
Enjoy your meal!
