  • turkey - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • spinach - 1 handful fresh or about 3.5 oz (100 g) frozen
  • onion - 1/4 onion
  • noodles
  • water - 1 and 1/2 cups
  • olive oil - very little (or butter)

How to make

I always boil the meat for my child and cut it into very small pieces in advance, after which I freeze it in chocolate candy molds.

When the meat cubes are frozen, I sort them in ziploc bags. That way, when I need it, I take 1 or 2 cubes out and the food is ready very quickly.

While the meat is defrosting in the pot, grate the carrots and onions. Even if the meat has not completely defrosted, add the grated onions and carrots.

All together boil for about 5 minutes and add the spinach, after about 2 minutes add the noodles and butter. After another 5 minutes the delicious turkey soup is ready.
