Ingredients

  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp.
  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • spinach - 7 oz (200 g)
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • salt
  • porcini - 1 tbsp. (dried mushroom powder)
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • fresh thyme - 4 stalks

How to make

The onions, carrots and garlic (a little later) are cleaned and finely chopped.

Stew them in a little olive oil, then add the cleaned and sliced ​​mushrooms.

When they soften, add the washed spinach and pre-grated tomato.
