How to make
The onions, carrots and garlic (a little later) are cleaned and finely chopped.
Stew them in a little olive oil, then add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms.
When they soften, add the washed spinach and pre-grated tomato.
Stir the vegetables in the delicious spinach soup briefly, add warm water, season with salt, ground black pepper, chopped thyme stalks and a spoonful of porcini.
The spinach soup is boiled for about 20 minutes, strained and then it is ready to be served.
