  • spinach - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • spring onions - 1 bunch
  • tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cream - 2 tbsp.
  • dill
  • butter - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • walnuts - 0.7 oz (20 g)

How to make

Clean the spinach, cut it and put it in a pot with 1 liter of salted boiling water to boil.

Add the finely chopped onion.

After 10 minutes, add the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes and finely chopped dill.

When all the vegetables are cooked, add salt to the soup.

Whip the cream and add it in a thin stream, while stirring constantly. Add the butter and grinded walnuts.

Sprinkle the finished spinach soup with finely chopped dill.
