How to make
Mix the oil, water and salt in a bowl.
Separately, mix the flour with the sesame seeds. Combine all of the products and knead.
Leave the dough in the fridge to rest, covered with foil.
After 20 minutes, it should be ready to use and you can start forming the cracker sticks and arranging them in a tray lined with baking paper.
Bake the cracker sticks in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) with a fan.
The healthy homemade cracker sticks are ready.
