Mix the yoghurt with the water and baking soda and let it stand for 3 minutes. Then add and beat the eggs, vanilla and sugar in. Add the flour that you've first beaten with a spoon, then with a mixer or blender.
You need to get a consistency of whipped sour cream - neither too runny nor too thick. Heat a little oil and butter in a frying pan, enough to cover the bottom slightly.
Pour in a spoonful of the mixture at a time and once toasted on one side, turn it to the other. These are usually served with cream, jam or fruits of your choice.
