How to make
The chicken is cut into pieces and stewed in oil. Later, add the onions, tomatoes, peppers and eggplant, all finely chopped, and paprika.
Pour 1 and 1/2 cups of hot water over it, add salt and leave it to simmer. Near the end of cooking, add the coarse black pepper.
Sprinkle the dish with finely chopped parsley and serve it.
