When you have fried potatoes from the day before and you do not feel like eating them dry and cold, you can prepare a warm, tasty and fragrant dish in 5 minutes.
In a blender bowl, place the potatoes, fresh parsley, onion, garlic and spices, pour in the milk and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Mix it with beaten eggs and a little chopped salami or bacon to your liking. Add 1 tbsp. of oil.
Grease a pancake pan and fry the patatnik there and turning it carefully with a plate or a lid when it is fried on one side so that it can fry on the other.
