How to make
Peel the potatoes, wash them, then cut them into long slices.
Put them to boil until semi cooked in salted water. Add the turmeric to it once it comes to a boil and stir.
Take the semi cooked potatoes out and leave them to dry until all the liquid on them evaporates.
Heat oil for frying and fry the potatoes in lots until golden.
