"From all of the hot appetizers, the fluffy breaded cheese bites are always gone first"

Ingredients

  • corn flour - 1 tbsp.
  • processed cheese - 5 - 6 pcs.
  • cornflakes - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • marmalade
measures

How to make

First, remove the processed cheese from the packaging. Shape each one into a ball using your hands. Arrange the balls onto a plate and store them in the refrigerator to firm up.

Meanwhile, beat the egg in a bowl. Put the crushed cornflakes (not too small) in one plate and pour the corn flour in another.

Take out the cooled cheese balls and roll them it in the corn flour, then dip them in the egg and finally in the cornflakes.

Heat enough oil and fry the cheese bites.

Place the prepared breaded cheese bites onto kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat.

Serve them with marmalade of your choice (if you like such a combination).

The breaded cheese bites with cornflakes are ready.
