"On a scale of 1 to 10, how much do you love this rice?"

Ingredients

  • rice - 1 cup
  • olive oil - 1/2 cup
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • peppers - 3
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • beef broth - 2 1/2 cups (600 ml)

How to make

Wash the rice and fry it in the heated olive oil along with the chopped onion, garlic and parsley. Once the onion begins to turn yellow, add the diced peppers.

The original dish is with roasted and pureed peppers, but I use whole ones. Season with salt and black pepper, top with broth (beef or pork) and boil the dish until done.
