How to make
Grate the carrots and chop the onions finely. Pour them in a pan with oil and saute, then add the paprika, water, salt and rice.
Stir with a wooden spoon until the rice swells and water is reduced, add the tomato paste and black pepper, savory and parsley.
Fill the peppers with the resulting mixture and arrange them in a tray. Pour in water to nearly cover the peppers, add a pinch of salt and put to bake for 30-40 min.
Serve warm and garnish with yoghurt if desired.
