  • beef - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • yellow zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • celery - 5 stalks with leaves
  • black pepper
  • tomatoes - 1 - 2 pcs.
  • olive oil - 4 - 5 tbsp.
  • onion - 1 onion

How to make

Wash the beef well, put it in a pressure cooker, add salt, black pepper, a few sprigs of celery, to add flavor to the meat during boiling and 3 liters of water.

The meat is boiled for about 40 minutes until it is fully cooked.

When the meat is cooked, take it out of the pot, strain the broth and chop the meat.

Put it back and add the strained broth, diced zucchini, carrots, onions and tomatoes.

If the amount of broth has decreased, pour hot water to the consistency you want for your beef soup.

Let it simmer uncovered for 20 minutes over medium heat. The prepared beef soup is suitable for diets.

Season the finished beef soup with parsley and celery.

Serve the soup hot and if desired with sour cream.
