How to make
The yeast is dissolved in a bowl with the lukewarm milk.
Add the beaten egg, oil and sugar. Sprinkle flour and sprinkle salt on the flour.
Stir and add the flour until it turns into a thick sticky dough.
Pour the dough onto a floured surface and knead it until it turns into a soft non-stick dough.
It is left to rise covered with a towel. When it doubles in volume, it is distributed into 10-12 balls.
Each of the long buns are rolled into a rectangle. The side edges are folded a little and then rolled up.
Arrange the buns in a tray at a distance and leave them to rise again for 20 minutes.
Bake the hot dog buns in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) until they aquire a golden brown color.
