How to make

Make the sauce by heating a pan over a moderate heat on the hob.

Put the minced meat in it and fry it (without extra fat) until it's crumbly and changes its color or for about 15 minutes. Add the onion and garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, cumin and paprika.

Stir well. Add the tomato puree and chili, stir again while cooking for another 5 minutes.

Add the broth and cook, while stirring occasionally, until the sauce is reduced and turns out quite thick, or for about 20 minutes.

Cut the hot dog buns in half, but without reaching the ends. Boil the sausages briefly or grill them on a grill pan.

Put some of the minced meat sauce on the buns, a sausage on top and minced meat sauce on top again.

Garnish the hot dog with mustard.

The hot dog with spicy minced beef sauce is very tasty.
