How to make
Clean the hot peppers from the seeds and finely chop them. Chop the garlic cloves. Cut the onion.
Stew the onion and garlic in 2 tbsp. of olive oil. Try make them transparent without caramelizing them.
Add the hot peppers. Add sugar, salt and white balsamic vinegar to the mixture. Pour water and boil the mixture. Blend and strain, until a smooth sauce is obtained.
Use the sauce in combination with roasted meats, as a salad dressing or spread it on a slice of bread.
