How to make
Cut the pitas in 2. Smear the inside with garlic and pour in olive oil. Sprinkle them with salt.
Cut the tomato into round slices and put 3 slices in each pita. Slice the onion, grill it and place atop the tomatoes. Cut the pepper into thin round slices and put them on top of the onions.
Place 4 anchovies and 1 egg on top. Leave for 10 min. for the tomato juice to soak in and serve.
