  • bacon - 4 thin strips
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • bread - 4 slices
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • cheddar - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Fry the thin slices of bacon in a pan, until they aquire a golden color.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs well in a bowl.

Remove the bacon from the pan and pour the beaten eggs. Fry them like scrambled eggs. Season with salt.

Spread the slices of bread with butter. Sprinkle half of the grated cheddar over two of the slices of bread.
