How to make
Melt the chocolate along with the butter in a water bath.
Leave it for a while, so that it is not too hot and add the sugar and the eggs one by one, by stirring quickly.
Add the cocoa and flour, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Bake the brownie at 360°F (180°C) in a preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes.
