How to make
Heat a large, deep skillet on high heat. Add the oil, peppers and celery and sauté them until tender. It will take approximately 2 minutes.
Add the minced meat. Beat the lumps with a wooden spoon. Fry it for about 5 minutes. Pour the tomato sauce with lime in and season it with salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer and thicken it.
It will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Cut the bun in half. Place the bottom half on a plate. Add some lettuce, a large spoonful of the mixture and a little more lettuce.
Put the top half on and serve.
