How to make
For this Chinese-style pork the meat is cut into small pork bites. Cut the vegetables into equal strips, the leek into circles and the onion into crescents.
The field mushrooms are cut into quarters and the Chinese black mushrooms are placed in a container and poured with boiling water for 15 minutes. Once they have cooled, cut them into smaller pieces, if needed.
Heat oil in a deep wok pan. Place the chopped meat and season with black pepper. The meat should be fried.
Once it is ready, it is placed in another pot without the fat with 1/2 cup of water, to stew.
Add the vegetables into the wok with the fat, first the carrot, then the mushrooms, peppers, leek and onion and finally the rest of the vegetables and fry for 4-5 minutes.
When all the vegetables are fried, add the cooked pork.
The Chinese-style dish is salted and stirred to mix the products.
Add 1 tbsp. starch, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tbsp. rice vinegar, 2 tbsp. honey, 1/2 tsp. black pepper and ginger.
Stir the Spicy Asian Pork and serve it immediately.
