Stew the onion along with the minced meat, add the rice and stir until it becomes transparent.

Bake the moussaka in a baking pan until it remains in fat.
Then sprinkle it with parsley and black pepper, arrange tomato slices on top and grate the yellow cheese.
Leave it for another ten minutes in the oven.
