How to make
All the vegetables are cleaned, cut coarsely. Heat some oil in a wok. Fry each vegetable briefly over high heat until it gets brown edges without softening completely.
Put each vegetable to fry separately, starting from the onion with the garlic, carrots, peppers, broccoli and corn at the end. All the vegetables are mixed in the wok and sprinkled with soya sauce and worcestershire sauce.
Sprinkle it with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper, add sesame. Asian vegetables are served immediately with some fresh coriander.
