How to make
Bake the dry bread lightly in the oven. Take it out and allow it to cool.
Cut it into medium-sized pieces (they should not be small, so that they don't crumble).
Heat the oil in a pot.
Peel the garlic and cut it into two parts. Put it in the pot.
Fry it briefly and add the bread, paprika, water and salt. Boil it for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add them to the garlic soup and stir.
Boil it for another 2 minutes and turn the heat off.
Serve the Madrid-style garlic soup warm!
