How to make
Cut the puff pastry into rectangles, then put the mixture (egg, jam and feta cheese) on half of the puff pastry, cover with the other half and wrap it.
Once you have formed all the pastries, arrange them carefully in a tray (not coated with oil) and put them to bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven. Bake until browned.
