How to make
Put the yeast and sugar in the warm milk. Add the flour and mix everything. Season with salt and add the oil. Knead the pita dough.
Cut the mozzarella and prosciutto and add them in the dough.
Spread the dough with the egg yolk and put the amazing pita to bake in a round baking pan at 360°F (180 degrees) for 20 minutes.
The mozzarella and prosciutto pita is great for breakfast!
