  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.
  • cherry tomato - 12 pcs.
  • paprika - 1 pinch
  • green pepper - 1 pc.
  • cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • red onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • bread - 2 slices
  • basil - 10 leaves
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste
  • cumin - by taste
  • cold water - 1 cup

How to make

Cut all of the vegetables into chunky pieces.

Put the chopped vegetables in a food processor or a blender, if there is not enough space, blend 1/2 of the vegetables, then add the rest.

Add the bread, vinegar, olive oil, water and spices. Blend the delicious gazpacho until it's completely smooth.

If you want a very smooth texture, strain it through a sieve, if not - serve the tomato soup as it is.

Serve the Spanish Cold Tomato Soup, garnished with croutons, spring onions, basil and cucumbers.
