How to make
Cut the beef into pieces and put it to boil. Once it boils, add the chopped onions and carrots and flavour it with spices. When the meat is semi-finished, add the chopped spinach.
Allow the dish to simmer for half an hour. At the end, add canned tomatoes and flour, dissolved in some cold water to it. If necessary, add more spices, chopped parsley and remove it from the heat.
