How to make
In a large bowl, beat the egg, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup and coconut oil.
Mix the oatmeal, flour, baking powder and matcha powder. Stir until you have a smooth mixture for your oatmeal pancakes. Leave it aside for 10 minutes.
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil (or vegetable oil) over medium heat. Pour some of the mixture for the American pancakes in the pan and bake each pancake for 2 minutes on each side. Repeat the same procedure.
The melted coconut oil can harden in combination with colder ingredients and to avoid this, you can heat the almond milk.
