How to cook
Sift all the dry ingredients together in a bowl - flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and vanilla. Separately beat the egg yolks with the oil, milk and yogurt. Whisk the whites into fluffy snow with a pinch of salt. Mix the liquid ingredients together with the dry ones and mix into a homogeneous mass.
Gently mix in the whites. Heat a lightly greased (with a few drops of oil) nonstick pan on the stove. Pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture into it without spreading it out. As soon as you start to get holes in it, flip the pancake over with a spatula and fry until done.
Fry the other pancakes the same way. You don't need to add more oil to the pan. Serve with honey, jam or garnish as desired.
