How to make
Pour the milk in a deep bowl. Add the vanilla scraped from the pod to the milk. Add the sugar, then flour, premixed with baking powder. The dough becomes thick.
Add the eggs and mix. Finally, add a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil. In a hot pan, drop a little oil or butter and fry the pancakes, which need to have a small diameter.
Then flip over and fry on the other side. Arrange the pancakes in a pile. Garnish the top with yoghurt, blueberries and powdered sugar.
