How to make
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl - flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Separately blend the banana with the cinnamon, a little soy milk and flavor it with vanilla.
Then add the remaining milk and 3 tbsp. oil, mix and pour the dry ingredients. Mix the mixture until it's smooth and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Lightly grease a pan with a non-stick coating and pour a not fully full ladle of the mixture. Bake the pancakes on both sides.
Garnish with jam, honey, powdered sugar or a savory topping, if desired.
