How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar, milk, salt and baking powder. Add the flour and leave the dough for 20 min.
Scoop from the dough with a ladle and fry pancakes in an oiled pan. Peel the bananas and cut them into thin round slices.
Serve the pancakes with a little mascarpone and several banana slices on top of each, then fold them into a triangles.
