Carefully open up the oysters and at the same time, try to preserve their juice. In a pot, cook the seafood in their own sauce.
When they are ready, take them out and leave them for a few minutes onto kitchen paper to drain and dry.
Beat the egg well, add the milk, salt, black pepper and the cut into very fine pieces - parsley.
Roll the oysters in the breadcrumbs first, then egg mixture and lastly, in the breadcrumbs again and fry them in hot oil.
Serve them with salad of your choice.
