How to make
The oysters are washed well. Arrange them in a tray. Melt the butter in a heated pan and stew the finely chopped onion and garlic in it.
Add the sauce and as much salt and black pepper as you like. Add the spinach and breadcrumbs and mix them well.
Pour the resulting sauce over the oysters and bake them in an oven, preheated to 390°F (200 degrees).
Bake them for about 10 minutes.
Grate the yellow cheese and let it melt nicely on the oysters.
Serve them with a glass of white wine.
