How to make
In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, cream cheese and parmesan.
Add black pepper and finely chopped garlic. Mix everything well.
The oysters are then opened up and the edible part is placed in one half of the shell.
The juice is preserved. Arrange them in a tray and cover them with the mixture. Bake them in a preheated oven at 370°F (190 degrees) for 10-15 minutes.
