Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • carrots - 1 piece
  • lamb - 0.9 lb (400 grams) of meat with the bones
  • black pepper

  • noodles - a handful
  • salt
  • thickener
  • yolks - 1 pc.
  • ground hot peppers - 1 pc.
  • yogurt - 9 oz (250 g)
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • vinegar

How to make

Wash the lamb very well. Transfer it into a pot, fill it with enough water to cover it and add salt.

Once the liquid starts to boil and foam begins to form, use a slotted spoon to remove it. Boil it until it's done.

You can also use a pressure cooker to cook the lamb faster.

Remove the cooked meat and chop it into small pieces.

In a suitable pot, fry the cleaned and chopped vegetables, add to them the strained broth from the cooking.

Add the noodles and season with spices. Add the meat and let the lamb soup simmer on low heat.

When the noodles are cooked, remove it from the heat.

Prepare your thickener. Beat the yogurt with the flour and yolk. Add some of the soup to temper the products and pour the thickener carefully into the soup.

Stir it and place it back onto the stove and wait for the soup to boil again.

Serve the finished soup in the company of garlic with vinegar and hot pepper.
