How to make
Wash and soak the nuts in water from the evening before.
Finely chop the kale. Peel and slice the carrots, avocado and apples. Add the sprouted nuts.
Sprinkle it with flaxseed or seeds of your choice.
Drizzle the salad with olive oil, rice vinegar and as much salt as you desire (rice vinegar can be replaced with any other type or with lime or lemon juice).
Serve the green salad fresh.
