"A remarkably healthy and twice as tasty salad that we`re going to serve with a well cooled white wine."

Ingredients

  • pasta - 1/2 packet, your choice of type
  • tomatoes - 1 - 2
  • peppers - 1 red
  • peas - 1/2 cup, refrigerated
  • onions - 1 stalk, green
  • melon - 1/2 cup, in pieces
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • olive oil - 3 - 4 tablespoons, virgin
  • balsamic vinegar - to taste
  • himalayan salt
  • basil - as you need

How to make

Boil the pasta in plenty of water and drain it. Blanch the frozen peas and rinse them under cold water. Add them to the pasta.

Add the chopped onion, pepper, melon pieces, diced feta cheese and sliced tomatoes. Gently and carefully mix the pasta, salt and add olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Divide the pasta into 2 portions and sprinkle it with a little basil.
