Ingredients

  • lettuce - 1
  • carrots - 4, small
  • sesame seeds - 3 tbsp, raw
  • cabbages - 2 handfuls, grated
  • lemons - 1/2
  • apples - 1 sour
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • oil - 3 tbsp linseed
  • oil - 3 tbsp vegetable
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • radishes - 1/2 bunch
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Thoroughly clean all the products. Grate the carrots and apple into thin strips using a grater. Grate the rind of the lemon and cut the radishes into thin strips.

Combine all the products after seasoning the grated carrots and apple to taste with the juice of the lemon and then add the chopped lettuce, cabbage, radishes, chopped parsley and sesame seeds.

Thoroughly mix all the products and season them to taste with salt and oils. When serving, place the salad on a bed of lettuce leaves.
