How to make
Knead the minced meat and add only 1 egg and the spices. The breadcrumbs and other eggs are for the breading.
After we have kneaded the minced meat well, shape the schnitzels and roll them in the breadcrumbs and leave them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Beat the eggs and roll the schnitzels in them. Fry them in hot oil until they're done.
