How to make

Very easy and delicious pirozhki turned out from this recipe, just like for novice cooks.

In a bowl, beat the egg with a fork. Add yogurt and soda, oil and beat until the mixture is frothy.

Add grated or crumbled white cheese and with the flour, that has been added two or three times, mix it well unitl a dough is obtained.

Sprinkle the kitchen counter with more flour and knead until it stops sticking, but in order for it to be soft, do not add too much flour. Leave it to rest for 15 minutes covered with foil.

Roll it out into a rectangular crust, which is about 0.2″ (0.5 cm) thick, on the kitchen counter sprinkled with flour. The size is about two spans long or a little more. Cut it in the middle into two long strips.

Cut it into rectangles and place a little salted cottage cheese in the middle of each one. Roll them up into rolls, pinch the end so that the filling does not run out and heat oil in the pan.

Fry them on all sides over medium heat (on 4-5 stage), so that they do not burn on the outside and left raw on the inside. Turn the pirozhki with two forks, without stabbing them, so that the filling doesn't come out.

Remove and place them on a napkin to absorb the fat and transfer them into a plate.

We're serving breakfast with tea or coffee.

Delicious pirozhki for novice cooks - try them!
