Mix the yoghurt with the salt and baking soda. To the sifted flour, add the yoghurt and lard. Knead into a soft dough, divide it into 8-10 balls.
Crumble feta cheese in a bowl and mix it together with an egg and the white of the second egg. Roll out the dough balls into pitas and put filling in the middle of each.
Fold them in 2 and press the edges together. Brush the pirozhki with egg yolk and bake in a buttered oven dish.
