How to make
Dissolve the yeast in some of the lukewarm milk with a little sugar. Leave it to swell and add it to the sifted flour. Add the remaining sugar, salt, eggs and oil gradually. Mix a smooth dough and leave it in a covered container in a warm place for about 2 hours to rise.
Shape the dough into elongated buns, put a stuffing of your choice on them and coat them with beaten eggs. Arrange them in a greased tray and bake in a preheated 410°F (210 °C) oven until ready.
