How to make
The clean and washed rice is put into a tray. Add chopped onion, the universal seasoning, salt and savory to it and sprinkle it with oil. Add hot water, about 3 1/3 cups (800 ml), to get a ratio of rice to water of 1:3.
The dish is baked in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 °C). If necessary, pour in more water, so the rice doesn't end up dry. Then remove the tray and pour in a uniform layer of pre-beaten eggs on top.
Put it back in the oven for about 5 minutes until the eggs become firm. The ready dish is covered with a cloth or paper, to smother the rice.
